Our Services
We offer a complete range of veterinary services, including vaccinations, routine, major, and emergency medical, surgical, and dental services. We also have hospitalization and critical care. We look forward to serving yours and your furry family’s needs.
Wellness Care & Vaccination Programs
We provide a complete wellness program for your pet to keep them healthy. This starts with a full examination by the doctor and a consultation with you about what your pets specific needs and risks are with regards to existing conditions, exposures, environment, and your concerns.
We will then recommend appropriate diagnostic tests, immunizations, diets, etc. to keep your pet in optimal health. Since your pets are instinctually programmed to hide pain or medical conditions and cannot tell us when something is wrong, we need to be proactive in running appropriate diagnostics to detect disease early when it can be more effectively treated. This will also allow us to gather information about what is normal for your pet so that we can watch for trends in the tests over time. Based upon our findings, we can make specific recommendations for diet, exercise, treatment, behavior modification or further testing. We offer all of this to help you ensure that your pet receives the best care available.
Medical Services
Our internal medicine service allows for diagnosis of most medical conditions affecting pets. We begin with a comprehensive examination. The examination findings are then used to determine a diagnostic plan that usually can be done in our hospital within one to two days. Our hospital possesses up-to-date diagnostic equipment including a complete laboratory, radiology (x-rays), therapy laser, ultrasound, etc.
After an accurate diagnosis is made, our complete pharmacy allows us to begin treatment immediately, whether treatment consists of outpatient care or intensive care in the hospital.
Surgical Services
Our sterile surgery suite is fully equipped with all the high tech tools needed to provide the safest surgical care. We have patient warming devices, numerous patient monitors, isoflurane gas anesthetic and trained technicians to monitor patients at all times.
Not only do we provide routine surgeries, like spay/neuter, but referral surgeries for local veterinarians like orthopedic procedures and trauma surgery.
Our ICU allows patients to recover from surgery as comfortably and safely as possible. They are monitored and kept warm and cozy with appropriate pain relief until they are fully recovered. They are then sent home when appropriate with more pain medication. Pain relief is a huge part of proper healing.

Microchips
Microchipping has become a very popular and safe way to permanently identify your pet and you as the owner in the unfortunate case that your pet is lost. Microchipping involves placement of a small electronic chip the size and shape of a piece of rice just under the skin in the neck area. A needle is used to inject the chip. The injection is comparable to a regular vaccine injection.
If you are interested in microchipping your pet, please contact our local humane society for information on purchasing, injecting, and registering your chip.
Then, if your pet becomes lost and is transported to a vet clinic, humane society, or other shelter, they will be able to scan your pet for the chip and contact you. The scanner is similar to a scanner found in the grocery store. We advise you to use this system of identification as well as a collar identification system on your pet.
